No refund??

I have started with dial direct at insurance from 1 December for both my cars, one new and one older. The older car was transferred from first for woman. This is dial directs sister company. This is because first for woman could not beat another companies quote but wanted to keep it with the sister company dial direct. Dial direct then charges me for the old car for November when I was still covered with first for woman. That is the one refund I am waiting for. Also, I received the new car on 7 December therefore did not want to be charged the full month. I told dial direct about this in advance but I was still charged for the full month. I am waiting for the pro rata of this refund as well. I am still patiently waiting from 2 months ago for 2 refunds. I have made numerous calls to the call centre and emailed the refund specialist my delivery note of the new car and bank statements to prove I didn't get the refund. Dial direct is saying they already refunded me which is not the case. I have emailed 3 times since then with an automated email response and a phone call, only to keep repeating the same thing to a different call consultant. I don't know what else I can do???
