What an experience! Called Dial Direct who was asking for my tracking unit for the insured car. since I was never told of this I called them and Sharief Abraham kindly explained to me I was covered for a car for which I only asked for a quotation. Sharief gentlemanly apologised and removed the unwanted car, and also arranged for a refund for the money deducted in error. It felt so good to talk to smebody who understands and is willking to assist.
Well done, Sharief, well done Dial direct... it sure helps to dial direct as my problem was resolved there and then.
