Pathetic Service from Standard Bank South Africa

On 01/06/2013 I went to Quagga Centre to withdraw R1500.00 from ATM. The ATM got stuck and swallowed my card and cash however R1500.00 was debited from my account. In the past two months I had to replace my cheque card twice because they got swallowed by the ATM. Since the 01/06/2013 I have been taken from pillar to post by Standard Bank who does everything not to refund my money. It is so pathetic how I have been taken from pillar to post and to date and I still don't have my money back. I want my money as a matter of urgency maybe its about time to move my account to a better bank since the inconvenience from Standard Bank South Africa it's just so unbearable.
