Fradulent transactions on my access account

For two months now i have been sitting with a dispute that no one from standard bank is willing to assit me on, an amount of R1500 was withdrawn from my account on the 25/02/2013, i told them that i know nothing about that withdrawal that only appears on the statement for the 03/04/2013 which really doesnot make sense, they then told me that i have withdrawn the money while there was nothing on my account and i have to pay them back that money, how on earth can i withdraw an amount i know that i do not have on my account and when i asked them about the ATM location, they couldnot even tell me, so im so disgusted by this bank and frustrated because no one seems to know what is happening, now they say i owe them that R1500 and have to pay it back, they have already debited R500 from my account and want them to refund me, their service is big time, i contacted their complains department, after holding for almost 30min, Boitumelo promised to get back to me, which she didnot, i have sent the several email, no respond, also the forensics department, they only left me with a ref no for 3weeks, this is really bad
