No replacement of CT Card

My work vehicle was on 01/10/2013 and with that all my bank cards, my Makro Ct card, Id and Licence. To replace my Makro card initially I had to hand in a temporary ID and Affidavit from the SAPS. When I got to Makro on on Fr 11/10/2013 the lady at the counter wanted to help me. Their Ct office refused to replace my card without my original ID because their policy changed a month ago and the lady at the service counter told them they have never been informed. Cecilia Siwela, National Contact Center Supervisor also tried to sort this out but is was still refused, their reason being they are protecting the customer. This customer paid his account. This customer and the store was not informed of new procedures and Makro don't give a about helping the customer. I need this resolved and I want an apology in writing. Funny thing is that the bank replaced my cards with a temporary ID.
