I want to go back to a gold cheque account!

I have been banking with FNB for a while now, I am a Platinum account holder but realised that this doesn't mean anything or have any benefit for me except a higher monthly fee that I must pay on this account. I went into Jakaranda Branch last week, and saw Prudence. I asked her quite a number of questions, but she didn't really know what to do. I asked her about a forex charge, & she phoned the forex people - I am not happy with their answer. I asked her about charges to my credit card, & she phoned the credit card people, - I am also not satisfied with their answer. Then I asked to downgrade my acc to a gold cheque from a platinum. She said I must sign a form and she will send it through, she couldn't tell me how long this would take, & I must phone to find out how long this would take and then I must order my gold card - What nonsense is that? After leaving her, I went to the enquiries counter & was told I can't downgrade. Now I want answers - why can't I downgrade, what are the forex charges on my acct and why do I have to pay transfer costs on my credit card? I am very unhappy with the service I got there. YOUR MOTTO - WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU! I want my chq acct changed
