In April 2012, I took out the i-Pad offer through FNB. Having my cheque and bond account with them for many many years, I could not see why this would not be a good idea! Today my iPad was and I called FNB (after trying about 7 different numbers) only to be told I have no insurance on it. I was advised that only client from June 2012 were offered insurance and that all customers prior to that fall into the " sorry for you category "! No one from FNB even bothered to call and advise me of this - and to add insult to injury, the consultant very kindly told me there is nothing they will do except continue debiting my account! NICE SERVICE FNB! Clearly customers are not a priority in your life - the old saying without my customer I am nothing obviously does not apply to you! In this day and age, how could you possibly sell an item like an i-Pad without insurance? I am very disappointed in the service today and the fact that FNB has let me down AGAIN!!
