Dear Sir/Madam

I had requested a car insurance quotations (obligation-free insurance quote) form Virgin Money Insurance and other insurance companies (including my previous insurer Hollard Insurance) in June 2012. On the 16 June 2012 I sent an email to Sylvester Swartz at 05:37 AM (still have proof of the email) form Virgin Money Insurance as they were one of the two (2) that had short listed (the other being Hollard) to inform him that I will not be taking up insurance with them and will instead be going with Hollard. One year later (02/07/2013, I noticed when I decided to analyze my bank statement that Virgin Money Insurance has been debiting my account since June 2012. I then called them on the 02 July 2013 for a refund which they promised that it will be done in seven (7) days. I then decided to call them to check on the progress and have since received new requests (most recent one i.e. 10 July 2013, being my policy schedule with Hollard as proof that they were never on risk). I have subsequently sent the required information however feel violated and hence this complaint to you. Below are my policy numbers:
