I recently purchased an IPAD from MTN and have being trying to insure it. I send the forms and called a couple of days and they say they have not received the forms. I called on 1st of June and was advised to use the Ipad for the following today before they can load insurance.
I called on Monday 3rd of May 2013 till today I cannot get through on the call centre number. I tried the 011912-3000 and was told that the call centre for insurance is uinundated with calls.
Please can someone call me I need to insure my IPAD. If anything happends to my IPAD MTN will be liable.
