FNB disables my account without informing me!!!

Sipho at One Account Cancellations disabled my account on Friday 19 April WITHOUT INFORMING ME beforehand, and left the account disabled for the whole weekend, leaving me unable to do any sort of transaction whatsoever, and returning my debit orders unpaid.

Trying to speak to the call centre of course does not work!!! What an I was for even trying...

Can a person who is actually able to assist please fix this???
