POOR PAYMENTS & COMMUNICATION

Since December 2012 I have been battling to get paid - They say they have a 30day payment but this is not true. They never phone back, respond to emails or do anything to assist me. Excuses vary from people making mistakes to invoice not received etc. They also blame it on New National for not paying in time. My last promise was payment latest 19/4/2013- when I phoned it was changed to 22/4/2013 and so it goes on. I am at the point where I am going to sue the client for the money/and or confiscate his vehicle. They just dont care AT ALL! I even sent a email to the director (Andre) but as with the rest of his personell, he did not even read it yet or bothered to phone me. So much for their service
