Failure to communicate with paying client

I need the insurance company to do what they get paid to do and fix my damaged phone.
My case was passed on to Thualni Mkhwane who had no tact in dealing with a client. He beings by sending me an email with banking details wanting payment without an explanation as to why i now need to pay more money to the monthly payments that I make.
When payment is made I have to demand over and over when I will get my phone back or for an update. When I call to complain to the supervisor only then does he respond to my emails. he does not apologies or expalin why he went silent. all he says is they are busy and he even dears to say he will send me prompt feedback when they are done. This Thulani is a said person to have work for a company as he lets them down with his lack of communication skills.

Is this the person they want representing them?

When I spoke to the manager she told me that I would only be getting feedback on Thursday after Thulani said that I would get my phone on Wednesday.
False promises... totally disgusting!

I am 100% unhappy and completely dissatisfied with the level of service I am getting.
A very unhappy paying client.
