I have lost my bank card, my ID and my cell phones. So now i need money to apply for new ID, taxi fares to work and to do a SIM swop for my phones. I called FNB to help me get the money from my account. They asked me all the security questions to validate my account, for which i answered correctly but still could not HELP me. So i asked them to send the OTP to my secondary option (which is my email), they refused. How am i going to get my money to solve all these problems??!! HOW CAN YOU HELP me???
