In February 2013 I lodged a claim for pothole damage to my vehicle which Nerrisha Davecharran promptly sorted out for me and the claim was paid out. Unfortunately the two damaged magrims which were to be replaced were no longer available from VW. A new claim was lodged for four new superseded rims. Nerrisha Davecharran once again handled my claim which was quickly sorted out and paid out.
