Last night at about 19:00 pm I and two other people were held up at the ATM at Total on Ridge Road OVerport. the money was not taken from the atm it was transferred once they left. I called FNB lost and card to put a stop to my card but I had to hold on so long. When someone eventually answered i told her that I was just robbed and have to put a stop to my card. With no sense of urgency I was asked what seemed like a thousand questions at the time. My ID number, my address, when last did i withdraw money etc, etc... i would have thought that an id number would have been sufficient to put an immediate stop to my card. the call was cut but i did receive and sms to say that it had been done, but it was too late. Money had already been withdrawn.
Lost/ card division should be an emergency call centre where your call is answered immediately!!! you should'nt be holding on whilst have access to your account.
