This was the worst customer services I've ever experienced in my life. 2 of my cellphones was last week and I've been battling to get the phone black listed. First my number that I phoned 140 from to try and block the one number and the two phones, blocked my working number. Then I get told they never updated my contact details on the phones, so I need to go in to their branch. I went to Cell C at Cape Gate. After standing in the shop for awhile not getting service from staff, someone finally asked if they can help me. I explained the story and showed the original packaging of the two phones as well as a till slip as proof of me purchasing the one phone. I was asked a bunch of questions as in my ID, my address, my previous address, my cell number and and and. I answered all their questions and they asked me for my ID book. I only had my driver's licence on me. For some reason the South African driver's license isn't a valid proof of ID. Funny how my bank will accept it. I can see now why phones, because they know they will be able to use it with no problems. I want to cancel my Cell C contract for numerous reasons, but this was the last straw. Sort this out now
