I AM SOOO ANGRY RIGHT NOW I CANT EVEN BEGIN TO EXPLAIN MY ANGER!!! I CALLED INTO THE FNB ONLINE CALL CENTRE TO ASK THEM TO CHANGE MY SECONDARY OPTION FOR MY OTP PIN TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND THIS WHO CANT SPEAK EVEN PROPERLY OR PRONOUNCE THE WORDS PROPERLY ASKS ME SOME SECURITY QUESTIONS, I ANSWERED IT ALL CORRECTLY OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE I AM THE ONE WHO GAVE THEM THE INFORMATION!!! HE FILLED IT IN INCORRECTLY AND NOW HE BLOCKED THAT OPTION OH I WANT TO SCREAM. SO HIS IDIOTIC MANAGER TELLS ME THEY CANNOT CHANGE IT I HAVE TO GO INTO THE BANK. WHAT THE F? $%? $ POINT OF DOING ONLINE BANKING AND DOING THIS OVER THE PHONE WHEN YOU MESS THIS UP AND NOW I HAVE TO BE INCONVENIENCED TO STAND IN A QUEUE. I WANT THIS CALL CENTRE AGENT TO BE REPORTED AS WELL AS HIS MANAGER!!! I WANT THIS FIXED!!! I AM NOT GOING INTO THE BANK TO FIX THIS, I DID NOT TELL HIM TO MESS UP AND BLOCK IT. FNB IS THE WORST BANK - I ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES WITH THEIR IMCOMPETENT CALL CENTRE AGENTS
