Since the beginning, these transfer attorneys have been a nightmare to deal with, late response if any. i've had to chase Carol for feedback with excuse after excuse as to why the bond is taking long to register. Oh and she only works until 1pm so if she doesn't respond today, better luck tomorrow!! now after registration I find that she has incorrectly billed me and even worse, I have other people (HER CLIENT - previous owner) calling me for money due which she was supposed to pay over to them!!!?? Louw and Heyl wake up! You did not have to chase me around for payments so why must i chase you and explain why and what is due to me???
Employ competent people who know what they are doing and take responsibility instead of making excuses when they mess up and fail to acknowledge their mistakes. This woman, Carol is now arguing with me? what the??
