These attorneys are dealing with our process to register our house. A lady by the name of Chanelle had been dealing with this for the past 5-6 weeks already. I am emailing EVERY day to request feedback, nothing given to me without asking, and only every 2nd email or so will be responded to. They have lame excuses each and every time and I have had to listen to an excuse about getting "figures from the Municipality" for the past weeks!!! I was also called with an attitude because of the fact that I did not disclose the fact that we have prepaid water??? Well excuse me for not knowing what you need to know in order to do your job - a job that you've been doing for how long and should be able to know what information you would need from a client in order to actually DO your job!!! This is a painful, long and irritating process and I will be taking this matter up with SA Homeloans who appointed them on our case. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING that I am expected to pay thousands of rands for nothing!!!
