My mothers house was sold and all the transfers done through Louw and Heyl. She received documentation from them stating once everything is paid she is owed over R40 000. Over all these years we are still waiting. Each person we contact says the person responsible left the company and they will have to start a new enquiry and/or our file is lost. If we would like to come and discuss it we will have to pay a consultation fee of - R1000-00 an hour. How can they just from people?
