Last year 4th August Standard Bank informed me that my bond was approved. Home loans assured me that they will appoint one of their top 20 attorneys to handle my home loan. Six months later no response from neither Lawyers or the bank, so we started phoning around. We received response from Charmain at Louw and Heyl attorneys assuring us that my case will receive the necessary attention and action will be taken to finalize the process.
This was just empty promises, between the bank and the lawyers we are still battling the get the bond finalized. Even after we did the attorneys work for them to sort out issues from the municipality and taking a days leave, im still waiting. This has now going on for another 6months of emails and phone calls and as ever just empty promises. So August is here and its been a year of just plain nothing happening. We tried to change attorneys but was told we cant. AT THIS POINT I WANT TO CHANGE MY BANK
Maybe next year August if im lucky.
But I still have to pay the attorneys fees, for what
