I applied to Purchase a Scooter at the Hillfox branch, it was then MY job thereafter to chase up with the Salesman in store to find out the status of the approval
I feel that, me as the customer, should not have to chase up, this is the salesmens responsibility to keep the customer informed of the process and update on the progress
After 2 weeks of chasing I kept being told that it will be ready tomorrow, and then tomorrow came and I was told tomorrow again, then to find out that the colour I wanted is still in Kempton park and had to be ordered, so this delayed the process further
I still do not have my Scooter, hopefully I shall receive it soon, I would like to make you aware of this as I am still in 2 minds about cancelling this arrangement and using a manufacturer that will treat me as a customer should be treated
