I have been dealing with them for a year (While waiting for property to be registered on my name).
I always have to e-mail a thousand times and plead to get answers out of them.
When I do get an answer, they say that they will get back to me first thing the following morning. The following day comes, and still no reply from them. It is always a battle to get information out of them.
I'm really tired of dealing with them, but unfortunately I have to! (They were the seller's choice)
