I have on many occassions requested via the "Secure Message" system that Standardbank has available to their customers requested that my home loan statements / bond account statements be sent to me via email. I have even gone in to the branch and requested this in person. And up to date I have not recieved one statement from standard bank. This is unacceptable from them to treat their customers like they do not exist, and to ignore our requests. I say Get rid of the dead wood that is working at the bank and start looking after your clients. I am sick and tired of the NON-Service delivery from Standardbank
