I have a home loan at Standardbank and paid additional capital in home loan. I bought a second property also registered a bond at Standardbank. I want to get of the additional capital from the first bond and send all the Fica dokuments 3 weeks back.
Every time I go to standardbank to pay the Capital to the attorneys the say they did not receive the documents. But I got proof that I send it multiply times and that the receive it.
Please help me. I do not know what to do
