Recieved an sms advising i need to fetch my credit card upgrade.card was collected the standardbank k90 branch.months later i realise th new card has its own new limit and balances from the old card were not carried over .which i assumed the money i was using was from the old card.now i have 2 credit cards which im told i need to pay for .and according to NCA law this is not allowed and standardbank has over indebted me with their error.i hav also lodged with the ombudsman nd going to print in newspapers as well .this is a bank nd makes mistakes on clients accounts.i want your response in this matter and i know my rights as a consume
