ABSA still does not deliver a service

It's been a few weeks and despite a number of queries and complaints ABSA has not bothered to fix the reported problem. Its internet banking web site still logs off customers automatically as soon as they log on to transact. Yet, ABSA happily continues to charge them for a service the bank does not deliver.
