My husband ordered a Samsung Galaxy S4 for me via sms two months ago. About a week and a half after he ordered it, a iPad mini was delivered. We returned the iPad mini as we did not order that, and FNB said that they will deliver the S4 in a few days. We are still waiting! After contacting numerous times to find out what the heck is going on, and empty promises, we still have no answers, as we are just told someone will get back to us all the time, which no one does. My husband is now threatening to cancel the entire deal as after two months, we still have no phone!!! We ordered from FNB in the first place as we thought it would be faster than a cellphone network supplier... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!!! ITS GETTING PATHETIC! We've been FNB customers for years and we get this kind of service delivery??? UNACCEPTABLE!!!
