FNB lost new cheque account card

I applied for a platinum cheque account for my father, everything went sweet until it was time for the card to be delivered.

Each time the courier guy would pitch up at my dads house without letting know when the card was going to be delivered. this happened about three times and all three times my dad was not at his house.

So I phoned FNB and explained this and asked that the card be delivered at the Wood-bridge branch in Kempton Park. Now they have lost the card!

How does this happen?

I've been told they will get back to me but it is a week that passed since I last phoned them.
