Why can't I pick up my card at a branch?

I have received 2 calls from a courier company asking me for an address where they can deliver my new FNB card. I wanted to give them my parents address because they are retired and always at home, and I cannot say where I will be on a daily basis for the next 5 weeks due to a project I am on. The first operator told me that I need to sign for it, thus they cannot deliver it to someone else than me, to which I replied that they should please deliver it to the centurion branch, to which I totally lost the agent on the other side, and all she replied is, o she will make a not that I want it delivered to the branch.

A few hours later another call. Again I said I am not able to give an address. I then asked to send it to the branch. Then the news. They can't!!

Really? Honestly that is B.S.!!!

I can't see how FNB issue me a new card to replace an old one, and then in their own wisdom decides that I want it delivered to me personally (Nice idea, but I can't make use of it at the moment SO ASK ME FIRST). When I ask the couriers to send it to a branch which is convenient for me, they can't!

Sounds like BEEP bank in this regards.
I want to pick up my card at the branch if I ask to do so
