Unreliable service, three weeks and still waiting!

I made a claim on my car on the 2nd of April and was told the car will only be booked for asssessment 7 days later on the 9th of April but when I called to make a follow-up on the same Friday that week as I had been advised that the assessment report will take 3 days to be loaded on the system, I was told that no assessment has been made on the car and they were no reasons given to explain the delay as I had given them all the relevant information. However, I was helped by Mandy after being assigned to Samantha Johnson who then told me that I was supposed to make follow ups with a Portia Ferrick who I've never heard from until this day. Mandy apologised for the inconvenience and offered me a courtesy car to use for the next 15 days. Today, the 19th of April, I called more than 4 times to enquire on the progress and I was told that Mandy was on leave and the car hasn? been touched yet. I've been promised to wait for feedback and I'm still waiting... three weeks and no assesssment yet?! I find that totally unacceptable.
