COMPLAINT AGAINST HYUNDAI

My wife and I bought a new Hyundai accent from Hyundai Wonderboom Dealer in November 2012. After few weeks driving I realised that it has defaults in its suspension. I then took it to them (Hyundai) for inspection on the 08 January 2013 and in their assessment according to the report they needed to replace spring and front struds. Then I was told that they will order parts and I must come back in 3 weeks' time (Which is 22 January 2013). After three weeks no one called to give feedback as to how far, I had to make follow up by myself which I was then told that they are still waiting for parts. I then requested a courtesy car from them because as I'm continuing driving this car I could feel that it's situation is getting worse and I did not want it to get damaged any further. Somewhere in March I then called to find out whether parts have arrived or not which I was told to bring it on the 08 march 2013. Later they called me on that day to tell me that it was not attended to because the parts were wrong, they will tell me once they got the parts. Days go pass without any feedback. On Tuesday last week (on 02 April 2013) we made follow up again and was told they will call us.
