Car had a breakdown on the 2nd of Aug 2013,
on the 3rd of Aug, the car was sent to service provider (Maltifranchise Pine Town) for repairs
On the 8th Aug 2013, after many calls & messages, Mandy called and gave me quotation on repairs, she informed to wait for 15 to 21 days for ordering and repairing the vehicle. she did not give any details about Terms of service and payments.
I made funds available on the day of quotations.
during next three weeks i called and left messages regarding Payment, Progress and General info, just feedback on parts ordering. i could not get hold of Mandy until i received a call from Workshop Manager who called her; She told me a string of excuses! She told me i should have deposited 50% of the quotation, she has not received parts and did not know when she'll receive them.
I e-mailed Nick Davids (Senior Business Manager), Still no progress
- my car is not yet fixed
-i still have the funds for this service, but, no banking details, no exact value of the amount due
-waiting time given is over,
- i am struggling to go to work
- i want to know when is my car getting fixed,
I am totally off!
