At the beginning of Feb, I paid for a Contiki holiday with my Discovery Card. The cash back for this has yet to be paid. After contacting the call center several times (always good service though) I was informed that the cash back was approved and the money would be paid out to me within a week. The next week no money has been paid and the agents say that due to a system issue the cashback needs to be re approved. Still no cashback in almost another week.
I would really appreciate getting the cashback into my card to avoid being charged credit card interest again.
On another note, my Pick n Pay cashbacks have also not been paid out in over 2 months - my points not reflected either.
Please assist Discovery - I've called so many times and this has still not been resolved.
