Last month I complained about my husbands cashback. This month he accumulated 725 DQ points with a cash spend on fuel of R2 800 but in the calculation it calculated R0 cashback. Spoke to Kimmi (Ref: 2851450720) who promised he will phone me back today. This causes more frustration than joy... absolute false advertising!
Will be seeking alternative insurance which would probably be cheaper with no cash back benefit but hassle free. What a joke!
