Advertise Rewards But No One Knows How They Work

I purposefully booked a Contiki Holiday due to the promised Discovery Deal, carefully checking that I booked in the right fashion to avoid future complications. Sadly Discovery and Contiki have given me different stories on how the cashback works and Discovery has twice promised to investigate and never come back. Simply not acceptable any more.
