I have been havinfg a problem with my Virgin Active cahback since Sep 2012. There is NO cashback, and after persistant calls to the call centre, monies are paid out in drips & drabs.
This is totally unacceptable. It seems that the managers themselves, I refer to a particular Gisela Peters (Exec. Rel. Manager) in my last case, that dont even understand how the Discovery card cashback works.
The petty excuse that I have heard since October last year is that there is a glich in the system wrt Virgin cashbacks, and the IT dept is working on it.
Almost 6 months later and it is still not totally ressolved! Is the IT dept still taking the wrap for this???
PLEASE PAY ME MY DUES, AS PROMISED CASHBACK IS DUE THE MONTH AFTER THE DEBIT ORDER.
