Homeloan app captured wrong now delayed!!!

After applying for a homeloan with FNB, they take forever to get the ball rolling. My OTP has already expired but i have been given an extention until Monday. After doing the valuation on the property only 2 days ago and approving the loan, i now find out that FNB captured the application amount incorrectly and so it was approved for a lower amount and that it will need to go through to Credit to correct the amounts and decide again. This is unacceptable service from FNB especially seeing as i am a loyal and long time client of theirs. i now risk losing the property due to inefficient service. my first choice was always FNB but seeing as Nedbank are willing to give me the loan at the same rates if i move my accounts to them, it looks like that may be the best way forward. very disappointed at this kind of service.
