I booked a holiday threw Contiki, I went with the whole schlep of not paying my travel agent the whole amount for my whole trip so I could get the cash back from discovery so I went out my way to get it done threw contiki... its been over 5 weeks now and now cash back, every time you phone the call centre its goes from 2 weeks waiting to 4 weeks waiting to 6 weeks waiting now to 8 weeks waiting... they cant even say if its being processed, I am highly upset and could of used my voyager card to get miles instead if discovery could not follow threw on their promise but a promise is a promise and I am a consumer and in south Africa we are protected by the CPA. This is false advertising, my travel agent contacted both discovery and contiki to get the right process and it was followed, even when I did a follow up the person said it was done properly... so where is it... poor services...
