I have logged a query with Capitec bank on the 26/3/2013 at 10:52 ref 7586146 and till today nobody ever called me back to resolve my claim.
I have done an internet transfer to Vodacom and they have the proof off payment but that amount does not reflect on my bank statement. I have also phoned the helpdesk and they promised me someone will get back to me within 24 hours, we are already on 96 hour. This is really very bad service for an upcoming financial institute
