Homeloan extension declined

Im not sure why Nedbank are so useless?
I have had a homeloan through them since 2005, have paid it religiously since day one.
I recently asked Nedbank to re-install my homeloan from my current balance (the amounts ive paid off) to the original loan amount. I was quoted 72hrs for an answer! Pffft, they got back to me 4 or 5 days later requesting an IT34, which i submitted, then they wanted an explaination on my salary, which I did, THEN another 4 days down the line requested further management accounts on my business, I had already submitted 9 months, so I had to submit another 3 months, however, this would be new financials instead. So I called the consultant and said to him, is my extention approved, is everything else in order ect, with the exception of the further 3 months management accounts needed? he said yes, all good, I knew it would cost me a large amount to have my accountant draw up my new financials, so wanted to make sure my loan would go through, as financials were not needed for anything else other than this at the moment. I got a final decline today after jumping through hoops for 14 days!! this is ridiculous, I want to move my bond...
