I ordered an Ipad at the end of January with no feedback from FNB after weeks. They called me eventually after I posted a complaint and they called and told me the application was rejected because I did not fulfill the terms of the deal (which is understandable) but NO ONE had bothered to let me know. A few months later I applied again as I knew I would be fulfilling the terms. They phoned me within 2 days, which is expected and said it would take 10 - 15 days to deliver and the couriers would contact me a fews days before to confirm delivery. 17 days later I still had no call. I phoned FNB and they said the courier company had no record of the order and it was a problem on FNB SALES side! The call center lady looked it up on the system and it said that there was NO STOCK! No one had let me know or even bothered to inform me that they were low on stock and it would take longer to deliver. In addition, on 3 occasions, I had been smsed about doing a debit order switch to continue my application. WHICH I DID and it was STILL NOT RECORDED ON THE SYSTEM. I told them to cancel my order. FNB is useless in this regard. DONT OFFER WHAT YOU CANNOT FOLLOW UP WITH! I'm going to istore
