I have been an FNB client for over 10 years, but the service I have received from this Bank has been appalling to say the least! on the 25th of February I settled my iPad account and the next day they allowed me to re-order another smartphone and I placed an order for Samsung. got an sms that application is underway, a week later another sms application approved the courier will contact you for delivery. middle of March I called to follow up and was given the courier numbers to call them and find out about my delivery. The Brightpoint courier had no knowledge of order nor had it on their system. I called the bank again and was told they will get back to me. its now 6 weeks and no contact or response!!!
