Every month I receive funds from France for English lessons given over the internet. Each month after they phone me to confirm where the finds come from. Then they send me an SMS to let me know the funds has been released and the reason why.
Every month the SMS says the money has been released because of forex sold.
I DO NOT SELL FOREX
For the last two months I directly told them: "I do not sell forex! " - I still receive an sms that says I do. I told her 3 times do not classify this as forex sold and she ok. Then comes the sms - FOREX SOLD
This is a problem because now I need to explain to SARS why my books do not march with the information from the bank.
