When we phoned assupol middelburg they said that payment to my mother was due on the 19th of April and when she phoned again today, they said that the computer now indicates the 21st - which by the way falls on a Sunday. i find this very unacceptable sing plans were made knowing that the money was supposed to be paid into her account today! i suggest that the HQ and the branches get their stories together because if this happens to a bunch of people i can think of how angry they will be. i hope that we will receive better service in future.
