My husband is a Assupol Policy holder. In the years we have been maried we have never received any correspondence from Assupol. Last month my husband made contact with Assupol to find out if he can withdraw money from his policy. He was told that a demutalisation process is happening and that they will inform him of what to do. Until this day no-one had ever contacted him, neither forwarded the documentation as requested.
He called the Bellville Branch and a very unhelpful person "assisted" him. My husband went as far as asking him who do he think he speaks to as his tone was not very appreciative.
I can only ask if you are struggling to get hold of Assupol now, what wil happen once the policy holder is deceased?
Can someone please assist.
