Customer service really bad

My name is Sharon khoza and i have 2 funeral policies with Assupol, i phoned in two months ago to change my address details as i have moved from Jburg to Pretoria and the person i spoke to didnt bother updating my address and i found out this because i was not getting any mails on my new address and when i phoned in to change my bank details i asked and the details were not changed.and i let it go.and now again same thing, i phoned in to change my bank account details on the 1st of March 2013, and on the 02April 2013 i get an sms from Assupol to say that my account is in arrears. I am sorry but i can not condone incompetence, i phoned in twice for something to be done and it wasnt, and when i phoned in thet told no the bank details were changed but the consultant failed to mention to me that i need to make a cash payment and he didnt cause otherwise i would have asked for banking details to make an EFT.So now i would like for Assupol to cancel my policies and give me my full ref=und so that i can look for a company who actually wants to do their job cause the number im even calling its a premium number and its expensive and no one does anything at the end of the day.
