My salary advice for the month of May 2013 had a deduction of R478.00 by Assupol. A marketer from Assupol forged my name, my mother's, father;s and wife's names and produced a policy, which has only my ID and personnel numbers correct. The Potchefstroom manager claims he does not know the marketer's name. I tried calling Assupol head office but I have been shunted from pillar to post. I do not know why Assupol did not contact me telephonically to confirm my identity and existence.
