A friend of mine who is a government pensioner has had money deducted off her pension without being spoken to or any knowledge of it at all. Next to the deduction is the name Assupol. I looked up on the internet and realized that it's an insurance co, I have written to their client services and have had no response todAy. Please can someone tell me what to do to find out for her. She doesn't have internet and has no idea where to start.
