On the 25th March 2013, both myself and my wife took the car in for repairs and Budget referred us to the panelbeater in Randburg (Renew it Autobody).
Firstly we receive poor attitude from the (african) guy who was assessing the vehicle, which we felt that the comments he made about the car werent uncalled for.
When we called on Tues 16 April 2013, doing the follow up, no records were found, only to find out the car was moved to a different panelbeater without having a decency to inform the owner of the car with this, if this is the way budget treat their customers together with panelbeater want cash and care less about customer service, then we need to start shopping around for better insurer.
I am definately going to share my bad experience even on social media, when I dont receive any feedback from you.
